With over 20 years of experience in consumer and business hospitality, Rita has built a reputation for strategic innovation and digital transformation. Born in Biloxi, Mississippi, sharpened in New Orleans, and thriving in the Gulf Coast Region of the US, she has become a driving force in the region's hospitality and tech sectors.


Rita's career highlights include producing highly successful virtual conferences, designing logic-driven workflows, and developing high-performing websites and automation systems that boost engagement and efficiency. Her expertise spans business development, project management, and group acquisition, particularly within the tourism sector, where she has driven growth and elevated guest experience. She also serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Ms. Senior World, a global celebration of inspiring women. She is also a three-time Bestselling Author, with aspirations to contribute to the world of Children's and Young Adult literature.
